Paid 60....wayyyy worth that price

Waiiiittt a minute (quick note: you drink too much based on your posts... You remind me of... Me ) Is the current harper 15 the Stitz-Well juice?!?! The current trend of NDP bourbons (including my beloved Michter's) has me trying to see through the advertising bullshite. But i've read that the IWH 15 was SW juice when bringing the name back to market. The 60 you paid is probably half of the cost in most retail places... But if it's still SW I'm game and will go pick up that bottle tomorrow.

I can easily be corrected on this one...but as I understand it, it was a Japan only release for many years. Now it is released here.

It's very smooth and not as complex as I want it to be, but still good

If you're not able to find a bottle of the Harper, I have a bottle I am willing to trade. Last week, a certain store in NOLA still had a few left, so good luck!

It's distilled at Bernheim and aged at Stitzel Weller.

In my opinion if you can get it at retail it's well worth the price of admission.

3PD BMH. One of my personal favorites. Sad. I'm now down to my last bottle.

I'm sipping on the dorignac's buffalo trace pick tonight. Actually started out with HW son of Bourye. This one gives me everything that the HW was lacking.

I have quite a few bottles that are relatively commonly available. I also have some that are not commonly available. I am truly thankful that really really good whisky is still in the commonly available category.

Cheers boys.
