I know what you mean, I feel that way about most of the bourbon I drink. Some nights I want that rye spice and others that sweet wheat.

I am going to get killed for this. Bought Jefferson's Ocean. Kind of enjoyed it neat. Enjoyed it slightly more on ice. Threw a splash of throwback Pepsi in. Perfect.
The funny thing about this is I read something yesterday about how distillers drink it. Most purists said neat/ice. A few guys admitted Coke and even Mexican sprite is great. Dollar for dollar, Bulleit Rye and Mexican Coke is where it's at.

I've yet to try Bulleit rye. Wasn't that big on the bourbon. Heard the rye is soild doe.
