So all of Rouse's allocation goes to corporate, not to the stores. That much I got from my connect. What they do with them after that, they didn't know.

Anyone on here know anymore?

If I did know I likely wouldn't post it on here

I do know the piggly wiggly gets it delivered right to them...left on the door step so they get it when they open first thing.

unfortunately "these" buyers get the same odds as us that shop there on the regular.

How would you divide up 25-30 bottles amongst 500 regular customers?

By the way mines coming in today

pass out 25-30 tickets or as many tickets as bottles you get. Maybe 50 of these so called 500 regular customers actually know what good bourbon is. You even said so in your post.

I would set up a customer loyalty program where you track purchases of each customer throughout the year. More points gets you the chance to buy a bottle outright or at the least more chances in the drawing. This is 2015, something like this should be fairly easy to set up. If I knew that my purchases were earning points for more of a chance at allocated bottles I would make sure that my money was spent at that place throughout the year.

Option 1: Give it all to SMS...

As that seems unlikely, some type of loyalty program would be helpful. Honestly, I divide my purchases between a half dozen BR locations. If someone would come up with some type of loyalty program they would get more of my business.

I would certainly share. Those scotch folk are kinda not too keen on sharing I hear.

While I consider myself very well versed with bourbon, I'm still a complete scotch noob. The Glenfiddich 14 was ok but not something I think I'll keep going back to. What I like about HW Campfire is the smoke flavor. Thats peat right? Should I be looking to try an Islay? Lagavulin possibly?

Lol SMS has been pretty good to us so far. He even fed us pulled pork while we drank glenffidich. That was tasty.

Thats probably a low estimation.. We have found the raffle is the fairest way to do things. Would you rather us mark it up through the roof like these other places, or maybe make people sleep outside?

Or do an event like this where people come, have a good time, drink free booze and have a chance to win something that most people never have the chance to get
