Well ya see, what had happened wuzzzz.....Benchmark. I wanted to see if 4 weeks in the barrel could make it any better. I pour it next to see. If not, I'm serving it at Xmas and stealing NOLA's idea and putting it in one of my empty Pappy bottles.

The Benchmark wasn't terrible after sitting in the barrel for 4 weeks. I'll have to pour most tomorrow when I'm less invested in my drinking.
