Damn...maybe so. Nola definitely got at least 13...and there is no way Dorignacs didn't get at least some. Maybe not though, Taylor is Glazers...that would be a problem for Dorignacs. Acquistipaces had to get a little too.

Is it common that the rest of the state gets that little?

No no no. You don't mix with da GOAT. If you are making a tadalafil cocktail, you obviously use Fighting Cock Bourbon.

UJ, are they going to have these on sale in the gift shop tomorrow? I live in Louisville and the Coxs creek location is only a 40 min drive. Thinking it may be worth it...

I don't know exactly how many bottles LA got but it wasn't a whole lot.

And for releases, I think it is common that most places don't get a lot. New Orleans is a big market for whiskey so they get the most. Then it's Baton Rouge. I would assume Shreveport gets some bottles in too but honestly I don't know. If I lived in Shrevport I would drive in to Texas all the time for booze.

Especially for all the limited releases, you have to sell a bunch of the distributors crappy stuff first to be able to get on the list for the pappy and everything else. There just isn't a lot of places that can move 20 cases of fireball and blueberry vodka so they can be able to qualify for the rare stuff.

That's awesome. I'm sending a mule from my office to Louisville in October and he has strict instructions to stop by 4R and Willett.
