I've yet to see one bottle of ECBP in Baton Rouge...

Churchill's received 2 bottles of the 137 proof a few weeks ago. There was 1 left when I got there so I picked it up. I happened to stop by Churchill's today and they had just received 1 bottle of ECBP 137 proof so I picked it up as well. I also have a 134.2 proof sitting around. If anyone wants some ECBP, especially if you are located in BR I am willing to share. E-mail me at jflsufan@gmail.com.

Did you get your bottle yet? Mine should be here tomorrow.

Just arrived. Packed poorly in a giant box, but whatever.

I'll open it as soon as I find more.

I'd say OFBB...VOVSB is a lot easier to find in my neck of the woods...

Man!! We bought from the same dude. I dont know how that bottle made it in one piece. Not a bad price but I'll never buy from that dude again. shite was wrapped up in small bubble wrap and duct taped just bouncing around in a shitty box.. Either way, probably the only 2 bottles in the state

Screw that I'm opening mine tonight. I'll report back

today's haul... Cant wait to try the EC Barrel Proof too.

Well how is it??? Lol.

Also I would get the ofbb because it is harder to get than the Jefferson.

I just noticed the 2 Elijah Craig barrel proofs I have are the 137 proof (2nd release). I got 2 more waiting in Nola for me. I thought the two I had were the 134 proof (first release). Do any of y'all have a 134 you would trade for a 137? I'd like to try them both.

It's really really good. Lots of rye like all Four Roses. You can drink it neat but its really good with one ice cube. I dont know if it will be my favorite release of the year but I'll definitely buy another bottle or 2 if I can.

I was very impressed with the ECBP. I tried to taste it neat...mistake. with an icecube though it cuts it a little and opens it up. Tastes way more than it costs

Alright, I just tried the 4 year Willet rye again. Awful, just awful. I offered the nearly full bottle to my friend who is drinking with me. He doesn't want it either. I seriously had trouble choking it down after I mixed it with coke. Sooooo bad.

I'm turning very anti KBD. I don't like the pot still reserve. Noahs Mill is very inconsistent. And now this awful shite.

Yeah I opened mine too - definitely same guy. I thought it was great neat. Definitely hotter than the regular small batch.

Rye and coke? You don't know how to make an old fashioned or a sazerac? Good grief.

My options were kind of limited since I'm in a hotel room and not at home. I wouldn't even waste bitters on this crap. Good grief, jackass.
