BRBourbon Society. Just spoke to owner and chef at Beausolie about doing a whiskey dinner and they were down for it. Said they would need at least 10 people to commit to it. He did say that he wouldn't want to do all bourbon and would rather mix in all types of whiskey (scotch, the Japanese, a rye) because when your doing something like that they all tend to taste the same if your doing all Bourbon.
