Whiskey Soda
Tall glass full of ice
2 oz BT
1/4 lemon squeezed and thrown in
Good shake Peychaud's
". ". Regan's orange bitters
Top with club soda, stir
Gin Sour
1 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
3 oz "good" Gin
1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake w/ice. Strain.Serve over crushed ice.
Hemmingway Daiquiri (aka "Papa doble")
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Marachino liqeuer
3 oz Bayou rum
Splash fresh grapefruit juice (I usually omit this)
Shake w/ice. Strain. Serve over crushed ice.

Yeah. I picked up a total of 8 beers. Those pictures I've been seeing looked good. If I like it I will be lucky if they last me until the first LSU game. If I don't like it, then I am sure I can find a friendly BR guy that might want them.
