Very good i find it pretty smooth with a single cube at 131 proof. Already trying to see how I can get more lol. It's international only.

That's a good idea with the ice on the side...like a salid. I got that h16 with a small single cube and wished I got it neat. I pulled the almost melted cube out when I got it and sampled it.

Straight kentwood =
So boil kentwood for 2-3 min then let cool so it don't melt the molds but warm so it takes a while to freeze. We will see results tomorrow.
Fwiw I don't love the ice balls. Good at first, drink nice and cold, but like a pile of ice it dilutes the drink to much unless you hurry. I will try on some higher proof stuff to see how it goes. Everyone's taste is different...my friends will probably like the ice balls.

Ive done exactly what you did and it worked pretty good. Gotta pour the water in when its still pretty hot. The molds wont melt...well they shouldnt lol
