I haven’t seen any either now you say that. Maybe since they didn’t have as many bottles as last year, the pickin’s were summer than normal.

Is it rude to have an unopened bottle on display on your bar? I understand having an unopened bottle underneath it, because you have an open one on top.
If you have a bottle on display, should it be open, so if you offer someone a drink and they say they’ll try XYZ, they won’t feel bad if you open it for them?
Now, this doesn’t apply to Pappy’s, Louis Tre, Mac25, etc

If you really like that person (and chances are you do because they are at your house) your entire bar is open to them, IMO.

It's there, but it's going for around $800 or something crazy. ER17 is well over $1k I believe. Crazy. Must have been super low output this year.

If I only have one bottle of PVW23, and it’s sitting on my bar, unopened, I’m not going to open it for a guest. If it’s open (like mine is), I will pour them a small shot.
