Not a Cubs fan, but certainly can appreciate and relate to the feeling all Cubs fans must be enjoying. I was the same way when LSU beat Okie in '03 title game. Went nuts buying merch and didn't come down off that cloud for a year or more.

I agree somewhat. Knob creek 120 is great but there are many I like more. One of them being Rare Breed. It gets overlooked I think but it really is a great bourbon. I scored a previous batch last week and can't wait to try it.

Any of you know if this would be worth buying? Will whiskey still be any good. Two of them available at an estate sale here in kc for $15 each. I bought one of jim beam that is a Yellowstone centennial decanter from 1972 never opened for $16

those old decanters are usually full of lead. a lil sip wont hurt though

SA OS 9 year cask strength
Anyone tried the 2016 Michter's 10? I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the 2015 but I randomly found this one at total wine for $80. Couldn't pass on it at that price but wanted to see if any of you baws could give me your thoughts on it.

Sorry, I was trying to recover yesterday and then some idiot ran into my wife's car.
I had a lot to drink before the Parkers so I'll have to revisit it on a clean slate. However I can say that I liked it. It reminded me of the EC23 but a lot less oak forward, which to me is a good thing.
I'll try to do a better review in the future as this had zero time to breathe.
