TA, I had a few of these last night. It’s been a bit since I’ve dug into a regular bottle of Sazerac Rye, but this struck me as being significantly different from past experiences. It felt very light/easy/smooth on the front end with the rye flavor kicking in towards the finish - at least that’s my unsophisticated palate speaking. Really enjoying this. Good barrel
I agree with this light and creamy on the front end and the rye hits on the back end. An excellent pick

Haven’t participated in a while. Been trying a lot of scotches lately. This one is pretty tasty but seems a little high dollar wise....what does this go for in LA? It was $69 at the ABC.

Yep, but I taste caramel. With a spice finish

Opened up some Christmas gifts from end users while trying to make a crab pie for the first time.

I do, a little too much. I’ve only been drinking bourbon for a couple of years, but can’t think of anything I’ve had like it. Wish it didn’t cost so damned much.
