I'd give my left nut to get my hands on some OFBB this season. Last years release was so good!

2PD Well then here's to EHTSB and TA!

You know, I enjoy my bourbon better while watching westerns. Just started Deadwood.

Elliot's is probably my favorite bourbon I've tasted. Sweet on the front end with no spice, then medium spice on the finish. So there's 2 distinct parts to it, which I like.

Ezra B. 12 was okay. Not gonna go out of my way to get one.

Elliot's is great. I enjoyed it way more after it sat for a couple weeks.

I finally tried both the 1792 Full Proof and Sweet Wheat last night.

The Full Proof was much heavier on the rye than I expected. Maybe my taste buds were just off. I'll give it another try soon.

The sweet wheat was nice but there is still no replacement for Weller 12. I want to do a blind side by side. Weller 12 vs 1792 Sweet Wheat vs Maker's 46.

Just to see if the other 2 are as far behind Weller 12 as I think they are.

What are some very good INEXPENSIVE bourbons & scotches? I am talking under $30.

George Dickel White Label-12 is as good as most and better than a lot of "high dollar" bourbons and Tennessee whiskies.

Picked up a bottle of 11 yr old Old Scout single barrel yesterday. Anyone had it yet? I've had the 10 yr straight bourbon.
