The flat/forearm, or the bicep/tricep

Flat, and not a particularly tough call for me. I find they cook more evenly (on account of the meat being more evenly thick), and I actually find them easier to eat.

I can eat drums easier with one hand. And it is typically a couple of easy bites of meat. The flat you have to use both hands and really get in there between the bones to get it all out. Slight nod to the drum.

Both

Flat = fried

Drum = cooked any way.

I like a variety, however if choosing, flat.

And Roux 61 served up some great Asian wings yesterday.

So many questions. Am I sharing a plate of wings with others? I can eat drums quicker. I can eat drums with one hand and get less dirty if I need to access my phone while eating. But I prefer the meat on the flats.

Easier to have drums in one hand and a beer in the other.

A crispy crunchy wing tip is #1. Flat=2. Drum=3. I prefer wings to be whole.

Employ the umbrella method on flats if you can't get off of Facebook for 10 minutes.

Flats all day long. With proper technique, they are much more efficient at being eaten.

Flats are also superior for dipping.
