flats (i call them flappers)

the drummette gets sauce all over your mouth, plus they have that annoying tendon. i can eat the flats without sticking the whole wing in my mouth.

speaking of boneless chicken. Anyone here ever deboned chicken wings? I tried it once last weekend and took a long time just to get 1/2 of one done. Do they sell these already deboned?

Ive never seen them already deboned.

Boneless wings at restaurants are cut up chicken breasts. If thats what youre getting at

nah, i saw a video recipe where they stuffed the deboned wings with a jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese. I was going to attempt this.. and maybe go a step further and wrap it in bacon.

seems like a lot of tedious work. maybe just buy some boneless thighs and use those for wrapping
