Why, don't you have to pay for the bone handle?

I would rather pay for ribeye with a small or no bone than pay as much for the bone as I do the meat.

Rouses had cowboys on sale for $11 a pound. Might of been last weeks though.

Matherne's had some last weekend for $8.99/lb, but it might have been a Father's Day special as I've never noticed them there before.

Tramonte's on Jefferson.

They didn't have any steaks broken down when I was in there for lunch today, but they had half a rib primal in the case all ready to go.
