Damn near any local grocery store in BR.
Rouses, calandros, Alexander’s if you’re on the south side.
If you want better quality meat you can try Iverstines or The Meatatory. If they don’t have one, I’m sure they’d cut you one.
If you’re doing a flat…. Try to buy prime or better.

Costco has huge ones around $100. I bought two for my family reunion and everyone raved about them. Used a bake in a turkey cooking bag recipe I have had for years
