I love and crave their brisket breakfast taco and/or burrito but I’ve never had the sandwich. The brisket itself is tender and amazing in my opinion

Idk if it’s considered manhattan but we found the cheapest food was in Chinatown in a few hole in the wall spots and it was the best food of our trip also. Specifically hk wonton garden. They had the best chicken noodle dish I’ve ever had. It didn’t sound or look as amazing as it was! And we stopped in a viet place that made bread and dumplings for cheap cheap even at breakfast time but I can’t recall the name of that place

So sorry. Thank you for sharing y’all’s story.
Netflix has a series called Somebody Feed Phil. Search for the Kyoto episode. He shows the city as so peaceful and wonderful. I would not have known it as a destination unti I saw that episode.

Njoy Indian restaurant
Fatty beef soup off the back menu that’s written in Chinese. Use google translate camera to translate. Chili oil wontons or dumplings made extra hot.
Thanks for the great info. Appreciate ya
We will be there week 3. Have a cabin in wears valley. If you find something let us know. Last time I was there we went about an hour away to a Main Event in Knoxville. I wonder if they would play it. May not be too fun of a place to watch it though.
Njoy Indian place is amazing
