What's parking downtown like today?
Was going to bring kids to zoo. With the rain the insectarium is our backup plan. May have to park and ride a streetcar in if necessary I guess.

The earlier the better but I don't think it going to be that bad today. I would try over by the Riverwalk first. If there are spots available you could walk through the RW to get out the rain. Worst case you you just go up the street car line until you find a place.
