New York strip medium

2 eggs sunny side up

Hash browns plain. (I like to mix the egg yolk and a small dash of steak sauce in them)

A thin cut cheap diner steak with some runny eggs is one of life's nice little gifts.

I've been known to buy the thin cut ribeyes and god forbid marinate them in something then cook medium rare and baste a few eggs to go with them.

Old 3am tore out the frame order- Patty Melt plate double scattered smothered covered, side salad with ranch and Bert's chili.

Current Order- Fiesta omelet, scattered smothered covered and a side of sausage.
