Pot roast. I don't use a crockpot or instant pot. Makes the meat to stringy.
Sear the meat in a good ceramic dutch oven, then make the mirepoix in the drippings adding flour and tomato paste. Put the roast back in, one box of bone broth and a cup of wine. Bay leaf. Put in oven at 275 for 4-5 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.

Gumbo, boiled shrimp/ crawfish, jambalaya/ pastalaya, rice dressing, spaghetti and meatballs, braised short ribs and mashed cauliflower, Steak med rare and med, chicken wings, smoked turkey - brisket - pork butt, Carnitas, red bean / white beans, Chili, and RICE-perfect every time.
It's more than one but can nail these anytime.
