this board is getting crazy. Mom attacks in a thread about fast food eggs, people getting pissed about mas populares pescados. I haven't seen anything like this since the best way to make a hollandaise thread of 03. Craziness

Doubt it. I'm a big supporter of Todd. I might have thrown out some zingers but I'm not one to talk about moms unless it's clearly obvious I'm joking.

I find most people that are critical of Todd are jealous cunts and I might have expressed that. But it's not my MO.

All the old hands have lost their damn minds.

El Tigre needs to come back and be the resident shite stirrer. I at least liked him.

Mike da Tigah needs to come back and tell us about working in kitchens where even the dishwashers were all about locally grown food.

Crepes you say???!!!

Damn I left Texas too quick. I would of driven 2 hours for some locally planted, harvested and milled flour with locally milked cheese.

Those bastards had better not make a nutella crepe. That's not local

El Tigre and Mike da Tiger both need to reappear. It is a better world with them in it.

Yes, herring is the right answer and has the same nutritional value as a beef steak.

There is a "species" of fish called "parrot fish" when dealing with the locals in the Caribes with the fismongers by the road side. I would guess that a similar type of fish would occurr in may similar environments world wide.

I would say that in the US it is some form of catfish (farm raised, wild, and imported).

Other countries I have no idea.

Tuna and salmon might be the answer for the US. Certainly not the world.
