Home baked ham with cheddar on white toasted bread, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo. Simple and delicious. I also enjoy a good banana and peanut butter sandwich any time.

My favorite po-boy is a hot sausage link poboy, mustard, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato. Hard to find a good one in Baton Rouge.

I'm not a big sandwich eater but my favorite ever since I was a kid is a good corned beef on toasted white with mayo and mustard, a couple pickle slices to top it off.

Close second is a french dip with lots of melty cheese.

Milk bar has some great sandwiches.

Frick y'all, I'm gonna have to go grab something from ba chi today.

ETA: Nashville has some fantastic sandwich places as well. I'm sorry but nothing beats 3 Little Pigs with banana pudding @ Center Point BBQ in Hendersonville or a greasy as hell cheeseburger from Brown's Diner. Ill fight you over Center Point BBQ.

Thanks R2R. I can make a tastier sandwich with ingredients that I choose instead of a chopped challenge ingredients list. My favorite sandwich, and this isn't a joke, is a fried sandhill crane breast po boy. Pepper jack cheese, homemade coleslaw and a few pickles. If you haven't eaten sandhill crane, you must try it. Not legal to kill in LA, but they are in Texas. They don't call it ribeye in the sky for nothing.

Respect. I used to go there all the time when I lived down the street from it. Pretty good buffalo chicken sandwich.
