I put a brisket flat on the BGE at 8am.

I will spatchcock a yard bird later this afternoon.

Nothing. I'm gonna skip the grill and just wave my chicken around in the air about 4 pm.

Shouldn't take more than five or ten minutes to cook it through.

I dropped an entire container of costco eggs on my driveway. Pretty sure when i go back outside I'll have a cooked omlet.

Threw some chicken legs, sweet corn, and armadillo eggs on the smoker. Finished them off, along with some burgers, on the grill. Cheers!

changed mine to the Rutland gasket. No issues since. It’s pretty much indestructible.

When i got my green mountain it had a gap in the lid that i closed with gasket and it worked great but they still sent me an entire new lid a bit later for free. Solid customer service.

Today I'm smoking a brisket point for burnt ends. I cooked the brisket a few weeks ago and froze the point. Burnt ends are my favorite. Maybe because I was born and raised in Missouri.
