Patio weather all day... cold beer and smokin meats.

12# prime brisket from costco. Put on at 10 last night and sitting at 185 right now.

Looks awesome. Can you provide a few more details? Rub, more detailed cook time, etc?

Rub- salt and pepper (Franklin method)
250 degrees until 195 or point probes like “buttah”

Just picked a pork loin from Rouse's. It is on sale Saturday and Sunday. Stuff it with garlic and season. Smoke it tomorrow for early supper.
