Simple...I cook some angel hair.
In a saute pan I melt about 1/4 stick of butter add a little olive oil and press about 4 cloves of garlic. Cook that for a bit and add the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste. I do have some homemade (a friend gave to me) super hot vinegar that I add a few dashes. That's just the start you can add mushrooms, black olives.
