This. Easily some of the best restaurant bbq I've ever had.

Corn pudding
Wings
Brisket
Ribs

Looks like everything it is. I’m a wing guy so that’s a must. Then ribs are my next. Wife likes brisket and pulled pork and we’ll probably end up with 4 sides bcs I want to try everything. And if the special of the day looks good, I’ll probably get that too. We’re staying at the Roosevelt and they have a full size fridge in our room so we’ll need some leftovers for 4th meal.

Wings and a 2 meat platter of fatty sliced brisket and ribs. Side of brussel sprouts for sure and Mac n cheese (unless you want another side)

Yea I was looking at Kung Pao and Buffalo Inferno. What flavor are the Kung Pao and how hot are the Buffalo Inferno?

Rooster is a Sriracha sauce. There's a buffalo sauce, can't remember the name but it's common.

The GOAT was always Roosters and the buffalo mixed but they stopped doing that. Now I just get the buffalo

I get their sausage & ribs if im doing a combo plate

If not I get the wings. Brisket burger is good too, Brussels are good but sometimes too heavy on the sauce and most of the time room temp. Beans are next best. Their other sides aren’t noteworthy.

Their specials are usually fun so look those over.

I’ve never seen cracklings there how often do they do that?

Call me stupid but I don’t like any of their sides. I usually get wings and a lb of chopped fattie brisket. All of their main dishes are delicious. I need to get over there on Tuesday for that fricking sandwich.
