Just a follow up, it was all absolutely delicious. Got the cracklins, special of the day app (southwest brisket egg rolls) Smoked Wings (Kung Pao/ Inferno Mix) 3 meat combo (Fatty Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork) sides were sprouts, Mac and cheese, beans. It did not disappoint. I have family from Memphis and visit there often and would put this place up against any of those.

I think you made some wise choices.

This popped up today as their special, and it's good.

Blue Oak is great. I hardly can't go to NOLA and not go to Blue Oak.

The only wings I've ever eaten that were better were from Central BBQ in Memphis. But there wasn't much of a separation.
