What to do with various small frozen pieces or pork, beef and chicken?

Digging through my freezers I've found a couple frozen pork chops, a small frozen pork loin, a small amount of frozen ground pork, a ham hock, a small frozen ribeye and a few chicken thighs.
Does anyone have a recipe for a soup or stew, etc. that I could make that'll use almost all of these odds and ends?

That’s 2 weeks of dinners for us, why would you want to waste all of that at one time

It's not that much. Two pork chops, half pound ground pork, maybe a one pound pork loin, an 8 ounce ribeye a few small chicken thighs. Just wanted to clean out the freezer. Family of five.

Growing up my mother put all the end pieces of meat in the freezer after we got tired of leftovers. Beef roast, ham, roasted chicken, pork roasts, pieces of steak etc...
After she had enough and wanted freezer space she took them all out, put in a big dutch oven and made homemade bbq sauce with them and cooked down. We had mom’s homemade sloppy joes and those were good.

It's grilling weather... Make yakitori. It's simple, fun, and delicious.
For the sauce:
2 cups mirin
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup dry sake
2 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 2? piece ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
put everything into a sauce pot and bring to a boil, immediately lower to a simmer and cook until reduced by half. strain, discard solids and reserve liquid.
Thanks, I know what I'm doing today!

Grind all that up, add seasoning, onion tops and make some sausage

Get some fresh veggies and make some stir fry

Make cheesesteak out of the ribeye. The rest goes into jambalaya.

Chicken and pork for jambalaya.
Eat the ribeye for a snack

I make huge pots of spaghetti sauce without meat and freeze meal sized portions that are perfect for using up little leftover pieces like that. Thaw them out, season them up real good, brown them off really well in a pot, then add the sauce to the pot and let it simmer while you're getting the noodles cooked.
You could even pound the whole pieces out real thin, bread them, and fry them off, then put it together with the sauce and noodles or make a parmesan sandwich with some leftover white melty cheese.
I'd do that with everything but the beef. That's just screaming to be a cheesesteak or steak and eggs for the cook.

Just throw it all in one pot and make a gravy

I ended up making a half-assed gumbo. It's spicy, meaty and tastes pretty darn good.

Chop it all up. Make a chili. Not really chili weather, but would be awesome.

heck baw, that's the start/additions to 3 great meals. On Sunday, for the red gravy, add the chicken thighs. Add the ground pork to your regular meatball recipe for the gravy as well. Monday, Cook and dice the pork chops for fried rice. Tuesday, take the ribeye and porkloin, add some peppers, onions, shrooms, tomatoes on skewers for shiskabobs.
ETA, Wednesday have leftover red gravy and pasta.

I'd dice it all up and throw it into fried rice. I eat that stuff for breakfast lunch and dinner.
