Was just given 150lbs. Gave away majority, but I need to do something with it

First you make a cast iron frying pan...

Most important question, is it cooked already or raw?

I forgot to mention, all freezer apace is full.
That's why I'm thinking sausage to buy me some time.

Give to TigerstuckinMS. His freezer has plenty of room.

That's a shame since you could freeze packets for seasoning beans etc...

Wouldn't you freeze some of that?
Everything I'm thinking of involves freezing for the future, not that I have ton of ideas.

Eventually.
But I can lightly smoke and cure sausage. Buy me time to clean out the freezer.

Mine are all pretty full, as well. I had to do a quick clean out and some rearranging in December enough to get my Christmas gumbo in them until I gave it out and some party foods that I make which can be frozen before serving. Under pressure, I did a better job than I usually do when I take more time. Helped my decision making!

Take it to the church office. They will cook it up Sunday morning for people to eat as they are coming to Sunday school or big church. That is what we do.

You guys pass out pieces of cooked bacon as folks walk into your church?

Well not quite. We cook up breakfast in the kitchen and then put out stuff on the tables for people coming in the back to nibble on. So yes you can fix a biscuit and bacon or sausage and head to your Sunday school room.

ETA; You'll end up with about 7 1/2#s of cracklins.

That's a great idea!
ETA: If he has room in his pantry.
Bacon jam would make a great gift for folks, too.

Super glue it into a 150 pound pig?

Fry it all and save the grease. Use the bacon in any and everything.
