Bacon Chip, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiches.

Oh, and

Invite me.

I'll bring the lettuce and mayo.

and a loaf of bread.

and three or five tomatoes.

And some kettle chips.

Some BBQ beans with them might be nice. I like lots of Bacon in my BBQ beans.

I taught my yellow lab how to speak with two slices of cooked bacon one night. One 1/2 inch piece, broken off at a time. About the fifth piece, he knew the trick. He was smarter than me, though. Eventually he learned to sit, lay down, speak, shake hands and roll over.

The trouble was I could hold up a piece of bacon and he would cycle through all of the tricks, in quick sequence, as if, "I know one of these silly tricks will get me that bacon, I'm just not sure which, one, but for bacon, I'll happily do all of them".

my Boykin does the same thing. I hold up a treat, and he immediately lays down, rolls over, sticks out his paw, and barking all in one motion, then sits back straight up, and expects a treat or he does the whole act over again

Fry it all and save the grease. Use the bacon in any and everything.

I would do this but in the oven on 300 and on a rack. Cook slow and allow the fat to drip in the pan below then you will have perfectly white bacon fat to make biscuits or anything.

I use a cookie rack on a cookie sheet so it sits about half inch or so above. This keeps the bacon up and once rendered the bacon will be flat, not curled.

Well not quite. We cook up breakfast in the kitchen and then put out stuff on the tables for people coming in the back to nibble on. So yes you can fix a biscuit and bacon or sausage and head to your Sunday school room.

My church always has as well, not sure what is up with the LA heathens.

Buy another freezer

Freaking this, if I started out with 150 lbs of bacon and no freezer space, I'd be on Craigslist looking for my new bacon feezer

Get busy cleaning out freezer and vacuum sealing it. Don’t give the rest away unless it’s to me!! This is our annual supply.
