I’m grilling some steak bombs per request. Pepper/Jelly cream cheese dip with crackers, meatballs and sausage in grape jelly and Asian chili sauce in crock pot. What are y’all doing?

I decided to make a charcuterie board. Got a load of different salamis and hams, cheeses, pickles, nuts, jams, crackers and dried fruit.

Boudin stuffed mushrooms

I love an old school relish tray: pickled okra, pickled green beans, little deviled eggs (quali or small chicken eggs), cornichons, olives, etc. Happy because this year I’ve got homegrown, home cured olives to add to the spread.....laid out in a vintage divided glass tray, thankyouverymuch.

Upvoted for using the proper tray

We are having cheese and meat boards. Three parties in three nights. Different guests so I bought a lot. Cheeses, meats, olives, crackers, grapes, nuts. Will make a different one each night.

Pepper/Jelly cream cheese dip

Recently did this where I swapped the cream cheese out for goat cheese, topped with the pepper jelly, and baked until bubbling. It’s like the original cold dish on steroids.

This year I’m contributing that, spinach dip, hogs head cheese, and hot crab dip.

Pour this bottle over a block of philly cream cheese. Serve with thin toast chips, stacy’s Pita chips, or cheese crackers.

You’ll be lucky if it lasts 5 minutes.

Smoked spicy pork meatballs with a peach dipping glaze
Crawfish Cream sauce in Filo cups, topped with Pepper jack then baked
Shrimp dip (cold)
Crock pot Italian meatballs and lil smokies
Bacon wrapped ribeye bites

We're doing it different this year. Basically all apps except for a chicken/sausage gumbo.
