It's in a cup in my fridge and smells so good. What should I do with it?

My grandmother used to keep it in coffee cups in her fridge. Then my Dad started doing it. I swear I've never in my life seen him put it to use, I think he just does it b/c his mom did.

Pour some on dog crap in your front yard - another dog will come along sooner or later and you won't have to pick it up.

Give it to me!!!

Seriously...here is what you should do. Get a teaspoon...scoop out teaspoon sized balls of grease and put them in a zip lock bag. Place the balls of bacon grease in the freezer. Whenever you need the grease, pull out a few grease balls and melt them in the skillet.

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon.

SAVE, cook some veggies in it. Squash, cabbage, anything that is out of the ground.

Use it in place of vegetable oil where you think it would make what you're cookin taste better. I used some to brown my meats and saute my onions for a pastalaya. My first time making pastalaya and it was fantastic.

Whatever you do don't get rid of it. But it will go rancid on you after awhile if not careful.

My grandmother always had a metal can with it on her counter, never refrigerated but she used it everyday so it never got old.
