The regular hamburger at McDonalds, like what comes with a kids meal, is probably my #1 item.
A sausage biscuit, add American cheese, is pretty good too.

The first 600 times this thread was started it was Jack in the Box jalapeño poppers smothered in ranch dressing.

I rarely have any of these other than Popeye's and the corn dog. I seem to crave the McDonald's breakfast sandwiches after fasting for a blood test for an annual checkup. A milkshake or malt is comfort food. I had one yesterday for the first time in more than a year. My gosh, it was tasty!
