Being held hostage by the bill during lunch hour
It's not that it's really that big of a problem but I'm always just pissed off that servers can be this stupid

Servers telling me what they like on the menu without being prompted. Given that I know nothing about them or their preferences relative to mine, I don't find their opinions particularly meaningful.

Servers over serving u literally.. I don't need u to come every 5 seconds and ask "how is everything" oh and I am type1 diabetic.. I just spent time getting my unsweetened tea right... Server comes doesn't ask and refills my glass after I have taken three sips

In all honesty the only real pet peeve I have is the cleanliness of an establishment. A dirty bathroom is probably a bad sign for the kitchen.
