Greek and Lebanese food outside Baton Rouge seems to be under rated. It’s a strong niche in town but you don’t see much of it in Memphis, Mobile, or even Houston.

Also..a strong breakfast needs to be more appreciated.

For those who love it this post will make no sense.

For those who don’t (like me) but when eat it think “really good” most every time this post might make sense.

Pricey per oz though.

Hard to identify "American" cuisine but I will our restaurants are incredibly underrated. A lot of foreign cuisine tastes even better in the US than it does in its home nation. No one knows how to use fats and sugars quite like us

This is a rare one to find, but I do think it’s the world’s best cuisine: French Vietnamese. You’ve got all the richness of French with the spice and kick of Vietnamese. Fresh bagets along with good old rice. Those two cuisines are a match made in heaven. It’s insanely delicious.

Honduran. Their fried chicken is really good. That and a few baleadas make a great meal
