Chili's molten lava cake with ice cream

Chili's kind of sucks, but that dessert is ridiculous.

Homemade key lime pie.

I have a Key Lime Tree in my yard. I would give away 5 gallon buckets full. In return I would get homemade pies in return.

Charlie G's has a dessert that is basically a cup full of caramel and whipped cream. They make the caramel by cooking condensed milk until it browns slightly.

One bite: diabeetus

This gets my vote.

My favorite is Pecan Pie and my nephew's wife makes the absolute best Pecan Pie I've ever eaten, and I've had many in my lifetime.

Zero submissions of (take your pick) blackberry/cherry/peach/apple cobblers served hot with ice cream is un-fricking-acceptable.

She was the super clingy type and I don't deal with that well. Also was super bi polar which I got tired of real quick. Her cooking probably kept me around longer than I should have, she had serious cooking skills.
