Commercial stuff easy to get, Crystal. However, I prefer my own that I make with Habanero, Ghost and Trinidad Scorpion peppers and only use Crystal when out eating in restaurants.

I do keep a bottle of Crystal in my pantry for those that can't handle the heat of my sauces.

Louisiana and Crystal.
Tobasco only tastes right with red beans or other beans like black eyed peas for some reason. But honestly I'll try just about whatever hot sauce is in reach and not too picky about them. Cholula has no spice at all I feel like but will use it if it's there

For the money El Yucateco can't be beat, great flavor/heat combination.

I do also like Tabasco's Habanero sauce

I forgot about Tiger Sauce. That's good stuff. I like it on steak and chicken

Will have to try it on beans

Tiger Sauce doesn't go well with everything but man it is fantastic on red beans and chicken and dumplings imo. It's definitely not a universal hot sauce like Crystal or Louisiana

I’ve been using these lately. Alcohol-based instead of vinegar-based, so you get the heat without that astringency. I mix the tequila with sour cream to put on quesadillas, very good.

I’m still a big fan of the traditional Louisiana-brand hot sauce, as well as the sriracha with the roster on the label.

Louisiana & Crystal just not hot enough for me, Tabasco is good on an oyster poboy, eggs, beans. My favorite now is TJ's Green Dragon.
