For a good pizza try brushing a small amount of olive oil on dough, little sea salt and fresh pepper, sliced figs (when they are ripe and in season) goat cheese, bit of prosciutto and grill on your stone, then when ready toss a few ripped basil leaves on it and some cracked black pepper.

i'll try this soon. the margarita i made was really good. the other was just ok. i went w/ mozzarella, rosemary, grilled chicken, grapes, and crushed pecans. i was trying to balance the saltiness of the chicken with the tartness of the grapes. a little too complex flavoring maybe.

Moose steaks. They were good too. Cooked too many, and will be eating it for the next couple of days.

For your margarita pizza add fresh basil pesto and prosciutto.

For your mozzarella get your deli to slice it paper thin in lieu of shredded. Melts and browns faster. I like to dust with Parmesan or pecorino Romano as well. Adds a nice saltiness.

Yeah, I used fresh mozzarella this time and sliced it myself. I agree that it is much better than the shreaded.
