What are you favorite recipes for a large sauté pan? 6qt

Just picked up a pretty big 6qt sauté pan. I’ve always just used the magnalite and cast iron when doing indoor stovetop cooking. Use the griddle for a lot of other stuff like stir fry.

Would like to put this to use.

brown as many chicken thighs that will fit in 1/4" olive oil
remove the chicken, saute sliced onions, whole garlic, herbs de provence, capers, lemon wedges.
add the chicken back in with a few more glugs of oil, cover and into 400 deg oven for 1 hour

alternate, squeeze in some whole canned tomatoes and a handful of basil and some good olives

Edit…Sorry, a couple of these you probably need to do in a Dutch oven but leaving them on here anyways cause they are still very good dishes.

I like mine for cooking pasta sauce, then adding the cooked pasta to toss together.
