Your shrimp and grits look great!

I bought a couple of dungeness crabs from Costco, but now what? Do I steam them? It says they're already cooked, but I'm not sure how to heat them up. And I've never had dungeness crab before.

Just finished boiling a couple sacks with all the usual suspects.

Someone at the boil whose family farms crawfish in Crowley was telling me all about how they do the boil in plain water, and toss in ice chest with seasoning method. I know it gets debated here often, but he said they also pour yellow mustard all over the crawfish while in the ice chest.
Has anybody ever seen someone do this and tasted their crawfish? I love mustard and would definitely give them a taste, but I thought that sounded a little strange.

Im from Crowley and know most of the farmers there and I've never seen mustard being used in Crowley. Only time I've ever seen that was in loreauville. Care to give me a name?

I had beef tips in a gravy and some green beans
