I never got his last name but want to say his first name was Andrew. Really nice guy, came by with the neighbors. I wouldn't do it with crawfish I bought and boiled but thought the mustard thing was interesting and was curious about how that would taste.

It was a long time ago when I had crawfish like that but I don't remember any mustard taste. When I asked why they did that they said it makes them easier to peel
