MMMmmmm! Some of us are eating good tonight!

Darla, we have our version of that tasty dish we eat all the time at our house. Good stuff.

I bought a Japanese Curry kit at the H-Mart last weekend so I'm trying my hand at Tonkatsu.

The curry is great but I'm not so good at frying so fingers crossed on the pork.

That mac and cheese looks delicious. As does the keto chicken thing.

I had turkey meatloaf, green beans, mashed cauliflower, and a side salad.

Picked up egg drop soup. Dealing with sinus issues and it's the only thing that sounded good

I wish I’d followed a recipe to give to you! That could’ve made it better.

I sautéed some chopped trinity, added softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, rotisserie chicken, chicken stock and Rotel. Added a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach. I regret the Rotel because it added too much liquid and didn’t enhance anything. Topped with more cheese and baked.

MD, I’m betting you follow a recipe and don’t just wing it. Unfortunately for me, I’m successful at winging it often enough to wrongly assume I don’t need no stinking’ recipe.

And thanks for the compliments, undeserved as they might be.
