Looks like a great start!

Low carb chicken parm and broccoli. My first time making the chicken parm. It’s good! Not fried, though.

That looks good Darla. I make something similar, but always used boneless skinless thighs.

Leftover shrimp and grits . Johnnie walker red and a splash of water to follow . Damnit I was looking forward to whipping the hogs in gymnastics.

I agree. I threw some chicken thighs in the oven. Had bean juice and rice to go with them. :) Did make a crawfish, cheese and green onion omelette for breakfast.

I rarely cook breast meat for myself, but wanted to try it since it’s traditional for this dish. I’ll give it a try with thigh meat the next time!
