I had a strip in the fridge that needed to be cooked. I cooked it inside with some butter and rosemary. Cooked some asparagus and half of a twice baked potato. Pretty damn good.

What did you get? The few times I've been it was really good, but it has been a long time.

Microwave a slice of cheese on parchment paper. About a minute, depending on your microwave and the size of the cheese slice. Then bend into shape as it cools. I prefer to do each shell/slice separately.

If your microwave doesn’t have a turntable, turn the cheese 1/4 turn after 30 seconds or so.

I usually use round provolone slices. This time it was a different brand and the slices were about a third smaller, so had to change my timing.
