Beef Bulgogi
marinade = soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, brown sugar, honey, dice green onions, minced garlic, minced 1/2 asian pear(tenderizer)
quarter inch chuck steak (on sales at $3.79/lb)
in ziplock
2 mins on each side
topped with diced green onions, sesame seeds
With salad, cucumber salad, Kim chi, potatoes, white rice

Thanks. Cheap to make too. I used 2 steaks which is around $4.75. Wife and I couldn't finish it. Free lunch tomorrow.

I’m sorry Dave. I would have invited you over for Captain Crunch had I known you were having ranch flavored tuna fish. I guess out of the flavored tuna fishes Ranch would be towards the top. I’m sure it’s better than peanut butter flavored tuna fish. The bread looks good though.

Picked up a slab of salmon from Costco and some giant asparagus. Did them all on the Traeger and it came out delicious. 30 minutes later and dinner was served.
