It's FREEZING today, but we wanted to get some exercise SO we walked a few miles to the Asian mart and got some ramen!
Spicy miso ramen, with roast pork, ground pork, corn, scallions and bamboo shoots.
Delicous and warmed our guts right up.
Vodka waters but I'm going to make some hot chocolate here in a bit. Extra marshmallows.

“Hidalgo’s dip” delivered from local mexican. Cheese dip with shrimp, steak and chicken. Side of guac.

A little onion, garlic, cream cheese,mozzarella, and heavy cream.
Folded in some chopped spinach.

Pork roast poked full of holes and stuffed with garlic and green onions, cooked in the oven, white beans with bacon and to much ham from a bone, rice, gravy, scalloped potatoes, salad and rolls. :)
