Tonight's dinner was hamburger steaks, with potatoes two ways, mashed and pan roasted, green peas and toward the end of cooking dinner I decided to throw a peach cobbler together.

Lots of thin sliced onions and mushrooms in there.

These potatoes were a hit!

Time to eat!

The cobbler came out pretty nice. Too full for dessert right now but I'll have some later with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.

I saw it and knew it was Duke's too.

We are going to Gino's. I think I want the cannelloni.

The bun is a chaffle, cooked flat - not in a waffle iron.

Chaffle:

(one carb per piece = 2 per bun)

2 Tablespoons butter
3 ounces cream cheese
3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs

Directions:

Melt butter. Add cream cheese to soften. Stir in the almond flour and baking powder. Add eggs and beat until incorporated. Heat dash waffle iron. Add 1/4 cup of batter. Cook until lightly browned.

If desired - When cool, toast in toaster until crispy or desired browned.
