Chicken and pork veggie stir fry.

I intended to just cook half of the 5.5 lb bag of veggies but after seeing how good it looked I decided to go ahead and do the whole bag since the wife loves veggies like this.

Meats and veggies before adding in the noodles.

Noodles and P.F. Changs Teryaki sauce added.

Time to eat!

BLT.

Instead of bread, though, I used the L as a wrap for the B & T. Drizzle of yellow mustard inside.

Side of pickled okra and a handful of Lay's.

Vodka waters.

It’s not vegetable beef soup weather, but I made some, anyway. Wish I’d made cornbread to go with.

I made Caesar salads with salmon.

Pretty basic, but I’ve been trying to learn how to cook the last couple weeks. It’s way more fulfilling that I thought it would be.

Caesar salad

Best meal in the world IMO.

Started making my own caesar dressing when I want a caesar salad, and holy shite I'll never go back. As long as you stock the pantry with anchovies, most people pretty much always have the rest of the ingredients on hand.

Same but had steelhead trout tonight. Usually I go with salmon but none of it looked good yesterday.

Sometimes simple is perfect. And when you create it with your own hands, you’ll always feel better

I just seared some pork chops and roasted broccoli and sweet potato fries tonight.
