Cheeseburgers and air-fryer onion rings.

Topping my burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. May add sauteed mushrooms but I'm not sure yet. Choice of mustard will depend on mushroom situation.

Vodka waters.

Burgers, chicken breasts, chicken drummies, bacon-wrapped ribeye bites, cooked on the egg.

A little something for everyone on this rainy night.

I made a pot of spaghetti with hand crafted meatballs.
Salad and garlic bread complimented the main course.
Water so far, but thinking of a glass or three of a red blend

I should’ve picked one recipe and stuck with it, but I looked at two or three vids on YouTube and then did my own. It needs improvement.

The top layer is a box of Jiffy, mixed according to instruction and adding diced jalapeño, grated cheddar, and a small can of creamed corn.

The ground beef mixture has diced onion, garlic and all the usual spices for Tex-Mex cooking. Chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt.
